Tuesday – July 4! Believe it: St. Stephen’s is a great place to watch the fireworks! A few years ago, when a severe drought made fireworks illegal outside the city, we invited parishioners to the parish grounds for the evening. Since then, this parish picnic has grown into an impromptu annual event. Bring a quilt or lawn chairs (if you like), some food and beverages! The picnic will take place after the 6 pm Mass; parishioners are welcome to stay as late as they like (within reason!).

This Thursday is the anniversary of the martyrdom of St. Maria Goretti. Consider undertaking fasting or other acts of reparation for the benefit of child victims of abuse.

St. Monica devotions this Thurs, Jul 6, after the 6 pm Mass.

First Friday falls this week. However, the noon Mass will be a Low Mass.
